YouTube has become a tool for making video uploaders into millionaires. One of the people that YouTube rewarded with riches is 9-year-old Ryan Kaji, who has been an active YouTuber since March 2015 when he was still three years old.
Ryan’s YouTube Channel, Ryan’s Toy Review, which started in 2015, catapulted Ryan into viral stardom. The channel featured Ryan, along with \his family, which include his mom, dad, and twin sisters, unboxing and playing with new toys. Little did the Kaji Family know that this channel will get a subscriber base of more than 25 million and make Ryan the highest-paid YouTuber for at least three years in a row.
Ryan’s first-ever video uploaded on YouTube shows him playing with a train made from Lego. This video became viral and now has more than 50 million views since the Kaji family posted it in 2015.
Today, Ryan’s Toy Review has been renamed Ryan’s World. The channel now has over 40 million subscribers and over 44 billion views. If you wonder how Ryan and his family got their riches, YouTube pays a channel between $0.01 to $0.03 every time an advertisement is clicked while the channel’s videos are playing. Likewise, YouTube also pays an average of $18 for every 1000 ad views or $3 to $5 for every 1000 viewers. With over 44 billion views, you can figure out that Ryan’s Word is earning a lot from YouTube alone.
YouTube Earnings. On its second and third-year online, Ryan’s World has a total revenue of $11 million. In 2018, Ryan ranked as the top-earning YouTuber with $22 million in earnings. Ryan’s World once again got the highest earning in 2019 with $26 million. Ryan again ranked the highest in earnings in 2020 with $30 million. Overall, Ryan’s World has earned over $100 million from YouTube alone.

Other Ventures. However, Ryan is not earning only on YouTube. Ryan got a deal with Nickelodeon to star and host the show Ryan’s Mystery Playdate in 2019. Ryan also entered the publishing industry, where he has a series of books and magazines such as Ryan’s World Magazine, Ryan’s World Amazing Sticker Scenes, and Ryan’s World Ultimate Guide. Likewise, Outright Games also reached out to Ryan to produce the Race with Ryan game. Ryan is also featured as a toy for Carl’s Jr. Colgate also entered the picture and released a range of oral care products know as Ryan’s World Kids Oral Care. Ryan also has tie-ups with other brands. Ryan also produces their brand of toys which are selling fast.
Ryan’s Assets. Ryan and his family now have a 6,200 square-foot home with a pool and a $1.2 million production studio where they record and post new videos daily. Ryan’s family also owns other properties, such as a $1 million home in a gated community and a $190k home they purchased before Ryan’s World hit it big.
Ryan Kaji, the nine-year-old YouTuber, has a net worth of around $50 million.
