Early this year, Hopper HQ came out with it’s Instagram Rich List for 2020 and found that the 20 people listed below are the highest-paid stars on the platform.
20. Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty
With over 87 million followers liking and commenting on her content, Robyn “Rihanna” Fenty makes an average of $449,000 per post. In addition to promoting her own skincare and makeup line, she also promotes high-end fashion brands and designers.

Thanks to her 93 million fans on Instagram, singer and former Disney star Demi Lovato is ranking in about $455,000 per post. Other than using social media as a platform to release new music and connect with her fans, she promotes fashion designers, big brands, makeup lines, and this year, partnered with the text therapy app Talkspace.
18. Kevin Hart
American actor, producer, and standup comedian Kevin Hart is working his way up the list by making $499,000 for posts that go out to his 100 million followers. Because of his celebrity status—best known for appearing in blockbuster hits like “Jumanji”—he usually partners with brans to decision personal collections that show his own style.

Unsurprisingly, there are a number of Kardashian sisters on the list, the first one being Kourtney Kardashian. With 103 million followers, the reality TV star and business moguls make around $514,000 per post. Other than promoting her own clothing collections, products, and lifestyle website (called Poosh), Kourtney has made big bucks endorsing everything from waist-slimming pants to Coca-Cola.
16. Miley Cyrus
Another former Disney-star-turned-influential-singer is using her massive 116-million following to make roughly $593,000 per post. While Miley Cyrus did infamously delete her Instagram account in 2018, she’s been nothing but active since she returned. She mostly shares her music and other creative projects, but she does promote various fashion and lifestyle brands on occasion.

Khloé Kardashian comes in as the second member of the royal Instagram family tops the list, with her 123 million followers earning her about $608,000 on average per post. The reality TV star and savvy businesswoman partners with several brands by designing her own collections and is also involved with sister Kylie Jenner’s beauty brand.

Kendall Jenner ties with her older sister Khloé, earning $608,000 per post to her 142 million followers. The reality TV star and supermodel has worked with major brands like Victoria’s Secret and Estee Lauder. It’s no wonder she’s earning a good chunk of change for her active social media life.
13. Nicki Minaj
Rapper, model, singer, songwriter, and actress Nicki Minaj earns about $625,000 per post thanks to her high celebrity status and 124 million followers. Often on her Instagram page, you’ll find her endorsing major luxury brands like Fendi and posting about her latest song releases.
12. Jennifer Lopez
Jenny from the block is earning big bucks with her Instagram endorsements. As an actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, businesswoman, and producer, Jennifer Lopez ranks in roughly $663,000 per Instagram post to her 133 million followers. Her posts included big brands like Guess and even the Wall Street Journal.

Coming in close to the top 10 is Argentine professional soccer player Lionel Messi, who makes about $695,000 per post that goes out to his 169 million followers. He’s currently sponsored by Pepsi and has also been featured in campaigns with major brands like Gillette and Turkish Airlines. He also has his own line of merch called The Messi Store.

Breaking into the top 10 is another international soccer star. Brazillian footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Junior is a who makes $704,000 per post to his 143 million followers. He’s endorsed by sports and fitness brands like Nike and Puma as well as Gillette, Beats by Dre, and even McDonald’s.

Taylor Swift has slowly been creeping her way higher on the list, with her dedicated following of 140 million fans earning her a solid $722,000 per post. On her Instagram, you’ll find her partnering with Amazon Music and creating her own line like the fragrance she did for Elizabeth Arden.
8. Justin Bieber
It’s no surprise that popular singer Justin Bieber makes this list. His over 152 million followers bring him in around $747,000 per post. Thanks to his global fan base, he’s now promoting his own fashion line. Drew House, in addition to other major brands.
7. Beyoncé Knowles
Queen B makes the list with her 156 million followers earning her $770,000. While the singer has her own fashion line, Ivy Park, to promote, she also works with other companies like Netflix and Vogue.

Selena Gomez has been a long-time player in the Instagram fame game with over 195 million followers to date. The former Disney star turned singer earns roughly $848,000 per post and works with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands like Coach. She recently started promoting her own line, Rare Beauty.

Mega-star Ariana Grande breaks into the top five by earning around $863,000 per post that reaches her 208 million followers. The award-winning actress, singer, and songwriter has worked with major fashion and beauty brands like Ulta.

Kim Kardashian is another major star to make the list. The reality star, business mogul, and selfie queen makes $858,000 on every post that goes out to her fanbase of 192 million followers. Nowadays, she mainly promotes her brands and those of her sisters, but she’s been known to endorse lifestyle and wellness companies like Sugarbear Hair.

As the most popular soccer player in the world, it’s no surprise that Cristiano Ronaldo ranks so high on this list. His 244 million fans earn him a whopping $889,000 per post. Finally, we’ve reached the top. Coming in at number one, the most highest-paid star on Instagram is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. With 205 million followers, he earns a massive $1,015,000 per post. While he’s promoted a variety of products, he mainly sticks to health and fitness brands, such as VOSS Water.
