I used one pair for an hour. Just cleaned my feet in the bathtub with normal soap and water then towel dried and put the plastic booties on for an hour. The sticker tabs that are meant to hold the tops closed didn’t work but you don’t really need them unless you’re planning to move around a lot. I sat on the edge of my tub for the 60 minutes then washed and rinsed my feet again.
The only other step I took was to apply lotion everyday after I showered to keep my feet moisturized.
I didn’t notice any change for the first 3 days but then on the 4th the soles of both feet were peeling. Over the next 7 days, all the soles and up around the sides and toes all peeled.

These squares of magic material, feels sort of like a thick felt, have replaced paper towels and kitchen sponges.
